GLC Sponsorship Opportunities

The Great Lakes Chapter of the AAPM boasts over 250 members, many of whom are active participants in the chapter activities. We hold three meetings annually, including the historic Great Debate, a Spring Clinical Meeting, and a Fall Scientific Meeting. Each event offers opportunities for your company to interact with our members. Vendors who would like to be involved in the success of the Great Lakes Chapter should consider the following sponsorship opportunities.

Annual Chapter Sponsor

As the Annual Chapter Sponsor, your company name, logo, and link will be displayed on the chapter home page, for all visitors to see. Also you will be a Gold Sponsor for each meeting held in the calendar year– $2500. Please contact us to become an annual sponsor.

Meeting Sponsor

All Sponsors will be recognized during the introductory speech. Three sponsorship levels are available for sponsors to choose with varying promotion in meeting materials and participation at the meeting.

Gold Sponsor

As a Gold Sponsor your logo will be shown in large format on all meeting materials including the meeting webpage and agenda. You may submit a 1 page flier to be included in the meeting announcements. Finally, the opportunity to speak to the group for 5 minutes (optional) – $1000.

Silver Sponsor

As a Silver Sponsor your logo will be shown in medium format on all meeting materials including the meeting webpage and handout. You may submit a 1 page flier to be included in the meeting announcements. – $500.

Bronze Sponsor

As a Bronze Sponsor your logo will be shown in small format on all meeting materials including the meeting webpage and handout– $300.
