Summary of Recent Changes (March 2009)

• These changes took effect when the AAPM Board of Directors approved the Constitution Reform proposal on March 21, 2009. This proposal had been approved by a vote of the Chapter Membership on February 9, 2009
• The Constitution has been superseded by the Articles of Incorporation
• The narrower provisions of the Constitution have been incorporated into the new By-Laws (pdf), which are more flexible and can be changed by the chapter membership without the approval of the AAPM Executive Board
