The Ohio River Valley Chapter of the AAPM
We would like to announce the Fall 2012 Chapter meeting titled “Innovations in imaging and radiation therapy - A biological perspective”. The Fall meeting events will be held on Friday & Saturday, October 12th-13th, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN. The Meet & Greet night out event will take place on Friday, October 12th from 6:30-10:30 pm at the Indianapolis Zoo Dolphin Adventure Gallery. The meeting will take place on Saturday, October 13th from 7:30-4:00 pm at the University Place Hotel at campus of the Indiana University School of Medicine. We are pursuing MPCE (CAMPEP) credits for medical physicists. Approximately 5.0-7.0 credits are expected to be approved. 6 Units of MDCB credits will be awarded for dosimetrists, and ARRT Category-A credits for technologists, respectively.

Attendees and exhibitors can register for the events by clicking on the Registration link. There is a $25 registration fee for the members/guests and $5 registration fee for the residents/students. The deadline for online registration is October 5, 2012. Exhibitors must additionally complete and submit the contract (pdf link below) to attend and be verified for the exhibit space.

The Chapter Fall 2012 Meeting will be held on Friday & Saturday, October 12th-13th, 2012 at Indiana University School of Medicine in downtown Indianapolis, IN.
Online registration for the Fall Symposium is now closed. The night out event is also closed for further registrations at this time. Walk-in on-site registration for the meeting symposium on Saturday (Oct. 13) is still welcome for all those who have not pre-registered online.
