The Ohio River Valley Chapter of the AAPM
We would like to announce the Spring 2012 Educational Symposium. The Spring Symposium events will be held on Friday & Saturday, March 9th-10th, 2012 in the Blackwell Hotel of the Ohio State University at Columbus, Ohio. The Meet & Greet event will take place on Friday, March 9th from 6:30-9:00 pm. A reception will be provided including a cocktail cash bar. The event will include Moderated Poster Sessions. The Symposium will take place on Saturday, March 10th from 7:30-4:30 pm, also at the Blackwell Hotel.

Attendees and exhibitors can register for the events by clicking on the Registration link. There is a $25 registration fee for the members and $5 registration fee for the students. The deadline for online registration is February 26, 2012. Exhibitors must additionally complete and submit the contract (pdf link below) to attend and be verified for the exhibit space.

The Chapter Spring Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Blackwell Hotel of the Ohio State University at Columbus, Ohio.
The abstract submission deadline will be Friday, Januray 20th.
