Registration fee includes
continental breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks.
Application has been made to
CAMPEP for medical physics continuing education credits (exact number still to
be determined). MDCB credits have also been applied for.
Meeting format consists of
talks on PowerPoint slides. Discussion on the talks can occur either after the
talk or prior to breaks/lunch depending on available time. Student/Resident
presentation competition will occur in the afternoon session with monetary awards
given to the top three talks.
Practicing medical
physicists, medical physics students, and medical dosimetrists will benefit
from the talks at this meeting. Practical aspects of the practice of medical
physics are emphasized in the presentations.

wholly supported by the member/vendor annual dues and meeting registration
fees.
