Group reservation cutoff date: February 14th, 2012

 

Room reservations at the group rate ($115 per night plus taxes) must be made by February 14, 2012, please call the hotel directly and please identify yourself as part of the:

 

“Florida Chapter American Association of Physicists in Medicine” or “FLAAPM Spring 2012 Meeting” group.

 

NOTE: Please reserve your rooms by February 14th to help Florida AAPM meet the number of room-nights we have committed to by the cutoff date.  

 

FLAAPM will offer several required medical errors CE hours, HIV/AIDS prevention credit, CAMPEP accredited CE hours, and also ABR-qualified SAMs for those that participate in the ABR MOC process.

 

****Come join your friends and colleagues for food and drinks at the “Night-Out” reception and dinner at SeaWorld’s Wild Arctic.******

 

At Wild Arctic, FLAAPM physicists/guests will be able to plunge into the frozen north and come face-to-face with live polar bears, whales, and even take a photo with our very own penguin friend!

Buses will be provided between the Doubletree meeting hotel and SeaWorld.
