FLAAPM is pleased to offer online meeting registration and secure payment via PayPal.

Online registration is a two part process,
1) send registration email through the online form below,
(Note - this will require you to send an email message which your browser will compose for you) and
2) submit credit card payment electronically and securely through the link below to PayPal.
Please note that the PayPal price is slightly higher to cover the fees associated with accepting credit card payments.
You may still register the "normal way" by returning a registration form and check to the FLAAPM Secretary
via the mail.

1) Meeting attendee registration $124
2) Meeting attendee registration + FLAAPM dues $139
3) Meeting attendee (non-FLAAPM member) $175
4) Vendor (with up to two representatives) $670
5) Vendor with extra representative (three total) $800
